Our apartment rental rates are shown in US Dollars and are per apartment, per night, inclusive of all taxes.

Terms & Conditions of rental
Payments: all payments are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card and bank wire/transfer. All money transfer charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

Deposit: minimum 25% of total charge to confirm booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations: must be made in writing, email or fax. An admin fee of US$60 will be charged for cancellations and the deposit returned, unless the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the first night when no admin charge will be made but the deposit will be non refundable. If we are able to re-let the apartment, payment for all re-let days will be refunded minus the admin fee.
